His hobbies extend to leading DIY community building projects and crafting challenging zipline and ropes courses alongside his sons, all within the embrace of nature. In his role as a mentor, Noy imparts invaluable skills such as shelter construction and fire-making techniques using friction. Yet, perhaps most importantly, he emphasizes the significance of effective communication and collaboration, ensuring each child emerges with not only practical knowledge but also the ability to thrive in any team setting.
