Departure: Sunday ( June 23rd)   11:30am from  2043 Pruneridge Ave Santa Clara

(East Bay transportation leaving at 10:30 leaving from Chabad Tri Valley)

Returning Tuesday June 26th 3:00 pm at 2043 Pruneridge Ave Santa Clara

Essential items to pack: Swimwear, Towel, Closed-toe shoes, Warm sweatshirt, Long pants, Comfortable pajamas, Sleeping bag, and Flashlight.

MEET THE STAFF:

Noy Itzikowitz

Noy, a native of Israel, is not only a seasoned senior software developer but also an adept team builder and leader. Alongside his wife, he nurtures their family of five sons and a daughter amidst the serene beauty of the Santa Cruz mountains.

Passionate about sparking innovation and fostering a love for nature in children, Noy dedicates his time to inspiring young minds. His hobbies extend to leading DIY community building projects and crafting challenging zipline and ropes courses alongside his sons, all within the embrace of nature.

In his role as a mentor, Noy imparts invaluable skills such as shelter construction and fire-making techniques using friction. Yet, perhaps most importantly, he emphasizes the significance of effective communication and collaboration, ensuring each child emerges with not only practical knowledge but also the ability to thrive in any team setting. 

Rabbi Yigal Rosenberg:

Rabbi Yigal combines his passion for extreme sports such as surfing, parkour, skateboarding, and snowboarding with deep commitment to Jewish causes. With over 12 years of youth counseling, leading birthright trips to Israel, and teen overnight camps, Rabbi Yigal is excited for an incredible wilderness adventure this summer.

Rabbi Levi Meijers

 With over a decade of expertise in overseeing and leading overnight camp adventures, Rabbi Levi is deeply committed to Jewish education. He brings boundless energy and a vibrant personality to crafting an engaging camp environment. Through a fusion of his dynamic skills and creative spirit, Rabbi Levi ensures that every moment at camp is not only enjoyable but also intellectually stimulating. His passion lies in infusing joyful Jewish experiences into the camp journey, fostering both fun and meaningful connections with the heritage and traditions.
